Consulting

• We facilitated the Program Management Office (PMO) that directed a multi-million dollar – core business SAP implementation for The Washington Post. We worked with the PMO to turn the program around and successfully launch despite numerous obstacles. Our efforts supported this client through SAP implementation expertise, program planning and leadership, team development, change management, governance, methodology, and integration.
• We provided contract coaching program management services for a large federal agency’s executive coaching program that delivered hundreds of hours of coaching to over 200 managers and executives in support of strategic change. Our efforts turned the program around by creating more focused teamwork and structure (e.g. processes, procedures, communication strategies). The program ultimately achieved all targets and exceeded expectations.
