Assessments & Tools
We selectively use a variety of assessments and tools
in our coaching and consulting work. We are familiar with many of the
most widely used assessment instruments and can generally adapt to your
organization’s standards, if necessary.
Leadership Development
Whenever it makes sense for a particular client or situation, our preference
is to use The Leadership Circle as it provides an opportunity to use an
integrated framework to assess a team’s leadership culture and the
individual team members’ part in shaping that culture. The instruments
described below may be used separately or together.
The Leadership Circle Profile™ (TLCP)
The Leadership Circle Profile is a true breakthrough among 360
degree assessments. It is the first to connect a well-researched battery
of competencies with underlying motivations and habits of thought. It
reveals the relationship between patterns of action and the internal assumptions
that drive behavior.

The Leadership Culture Survey (TLCS) identifies the
gap between your current culture and your desired one. It also measures
how the leadership culture within your organization and/or team compares
to that of other organizations. It fits seamlessly with The Leadership
Circle Profile because it is built from the same framework as TCLP.

affordable, internet based, user friendly, and the results are downloadable.
